itching, or burning). There are no data on the effectiveness of
treatment initiated after the development of clinical signs of a cold
sore (e.g., papule, vesicle, or ulcer).

Precautions
Individuals should not exceed the recommended dose of Valtrex or take
Valtrex for longer than prescribed without first consulting with your

especially if you have kidney or liver disease, blood disorders, a weak
immune system, such as those with HIV infection or those who have
